BED format gene annotations for Human, Mouse, Fly, Zebrafish genome.

To get the most recent annotation and gene models for other species, use UCSC's Table Browser <https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables?command=start>

Human house keeping genes were download from: http://www.tau.ac.il/~elieis/HKG/
Mouse house keeping genes were converted from human house keeping genes based on NCBI homolog maps (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/homology/maps/)
Mouse ribosome RNA (rRNA) transcript IDs were extracted from GENCODE annotation (https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/gencode/Gencode_mouse/release_M29/gencode.vM29.annotation.gtf.gz). 

Cancer gene symbols (n = 615) were downloaded from: https://cancer.sanger.ac.uk/census (Feb 15, 2017). And then the GENCODE transcripts of these cancer genes were downloaded from UCSC table browser.
