reset_btn.service and reset_btn.target:

Place these files in /lib/systemd/system with 644 or 444 permissions.
Change owner:group to root:root.

Run systemctl enable reset_btn as root to enable the service.
After the executables have been installed in /srv/reset_btn,
run systemctl start reset_btn to start the service.
