It is open source, and can be freely downloaded from the above directory. \

You must download and install a working version of HYCOM prior to inserting the ROCA code within it. \
\
Once you have a working ocean model, you must adapt the dimensions.h, initialization and boundary relaxation tracer scripts to initialize the number of organisms desired. You must additionally add enough tracer dimensions to output the transcription array as part of the tracer array (7substrates + number of organisms +number of genes).\

The thermf.f, and mod_archiv.F codes provide a template for this. \
\
You must then initialize the model from scratch using the negative tracer flag in blkdat.input and then for each succeeding year, restart from the saved restart file. \
