The lack of communication and collaboration support among software developers come become a risk for applying software reuse practices in companies. We applied a survey that identified a need of support tools for sharing code and other assets integrated to the software development environment. In order to address this issue, we present RoboCopy, a plugin to support the communication and collaboration in software development teams by assyncronous communication and assets reuse. The goal is to foster interaction among developers offering three main features: clipboard transfer, code piece library and chat.
