Release v3.0 — Robin as an MCP server

Robin now serves its investigation pipeline to local MCP hosts. Agents can drive the research tools with their own model, while the Streamlit UI remains the default Docker command.

Add MCP research tools, prompts, and saved-investigation resources.
Keep search and page scraping on Tor and fence untrusted source text.
Share saved reports between the agent and UI through the investigations volume.
Add host setup guides and regression coverage.
