edit the file config.php and enter in your mysql database info.
execute the .sql file with mysql to build the database and fill with demo data.

user name for login can be changed in the database. or use;
username - mbarker
password - qwerty


This software was developed by a local php/mysql programmer for our personal use.  It was inteded to eliminate the paper copies of all of our engineering change requests and revision updates. 

We have since cut funding for this project, but still have use for the software.  Currently the software is functional, but there are many bugs that have to be worked out.

also, the code is very unorganized without many comments.

every module / page within the software is coded by hand and the programmer rarely used templates so that each page worked in a similar way. For instance, search bars are only iplemented on some pages and the ability to show only a limited number of rows per page is not implemented.  Only some pages have the ability to sort the rows.

one more thing - I have removed all of the documents from the doc control part of the software because they were all confidential information.  I'm not sure how this will affect functionality since the database still contains references to each document.
