RMMZit 0.6.3 — a Default policy for every customer, and policies for technicians.
Changed
- Every customer has its own policy Default: a new customer gets a policy Default, assigned to it, with the built-in Windows Update and alert settings. Change it, or give sites and devices their own policies. Windows Update and the alert rules are no longer under Settings: on the upgrade, every existing customer without a policy gets a Default policy with the server's former Windows Update and alert settings, so nothing changes for its devices. Devices without any policy use the built-in values (no automatic updates, standard alert rules). Alert emails, the email server and chat channels stay under Settings → Monitoring and alerts.
- Policies of one customer: a policy belongs to one customer or to the whole server. Technicians create, change and assign the policies of their customers (only to those customers, their sites and devices); server-wide policies and the BitLocker part stay with administrators. Policies is now in the main menu for technicians.
- Required software and automations start with one row; Add a program and Add an automation add more, and each row can be removed.
- Changes to policies apply the alert rules at once.
- The BitLocker page of a Windows device is a tab on the device (BitLocker).
