Release notes:
VB02_04:
	Updates to the Alert Server
	Added RJamDbAdmin and redesigned the database configuration to allow multiple database configurations to co-exist in the class path.  The objective is to simplify deployment.

VB02_03.1 
	Bug fix for the Derby SQL 
	Added schedule and calendar to the AlertServer.  This let's the alert server know when the application maintenance period are so that alert are not generated.


VB02_03 includes some bug fixes but the main focus is changes to the Analyzer to allow AlertServer to reuse much of the Analyzer code.

The binary release (RJam-*.zip) includes everything you need to run RJam.  If you already have the dependencies you may want to download the RJam jar files individually.
