To run RHHcounter, use either one of the precompiled binaries
(RHHcounter_x86_64, RHHcounter_i386, RHHcounter_IntelMac, RHHcounter_windows.exe) or compile the source code using:
> g++ -o RHHcounter RHHcounter.cpp
