I haven't tried this program, but it would be nice if the Summary mentioned why/how this is superior to the shutdown.exe command that comes with windows, which can be used to restart the computer with timer using the commandline "shutdown -r -t 60" which would provide a 60 second delay (I usually make a shortcut of "%windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -r -t 01" then put it in scheduled tasks to reboot daily).
