Resinux is a light-weight OS produced using Remastersys. The distro is based on the Ubuntu core using Openbox as a manager. It will not maintain separate repositories and instead will use the Ubuntu repositories, along with a few independent additions. Resinux is available in both a 32-bit and 64-bit version. The 32-bit version uses less memory than it's 64-bit cousin. In addition, the distro can be installed on a USB-2 thumb drive, with full uncompressed file structure. It is slim and fast and does not need a swap file on the thumb drive. Hard-drive installations can still benefit from the creation of a swap file on the disk.
