First let me just say the technical support is STELLAR. Any time I need to ask a question or update our site. I can count on ResCarta giving me a very complete answer. The database adds a lot to our website and with very little work on my part. The thumbnail view of our papers really look sharp and it's an easily seacrhable database. ResCarta really goes that extra mile to make your data pleasantly usable and it will look AMAZING. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

As the digital collections librarian at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, I have been working very closely with the ResCarta Foundation over the past year. The ResCarta team is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and make themselves available when they are needed. I strongly recommend not only the product, but also the support behind the product, without which our library would have faced many challenges getting our digital collections up and running. If your institution is looking for content delivery, digital preservation, and the support to backup both, ResCarta is the answer.

I was totally out of my league when attempting to setup ResCarta for a local library. Luckily the support at ResCarta is second to none and they (John Sarnowski, in particular) took over the case and banged it out in no time. The product is great and the support is the best I've encountered in a long, long time. Thanks, John!

The ResCarta product is perfect for our needs. Our users rarely report any problems. Their customer service is wonderful. They go above and beyond what I expected. I love working with this company.
