It looks like this software has been designed to help with software product development. It is general enough enough to be used for hardware projects as well. It is more than just a requirement documentation tool. It has progress tracking tools built in too making it useful for project managers. To get this to work with the PHP version 5.3.4 I had to set short_open_tag = On and error_reporting = E_COMPILE_ERROR|E_RECOVERABLE_ERROR|E_ERROR|E_CORE_ERROR due to warnings and depreciated functions causing unwanted output. I hope this project is maintained to take out the depreciated PHP functions.

ReqHeap is a simple Requirement Project. It is easy to find out how it works. Due the web-based ability it is easy to use it on a companys intranet. Requirements can be easy handed and I found out that there is every time a good view on actual or changed requirements. Since TestCases and Releases can be added, it also allows to plan fine Releases. I commend this project to all middle and small companies who want to have a useful and easy project management tool.
