This release contains the lecture content of the summer semester 2025 reinforcement learning course at University of Siegen held by Prof. Oliver Wallscheid. In contrast to the 2024 edition, this release's exercises are further streamlined and updated to the newest libraries. Additionally, the finalised JOSE paper is part of this release.
