This release contains the lecture content of the summer semester 2023 reinforcement learning course at Paderborn University held by Dr.-Ing. Jarren Lange. In contrast to the 2023 edition, this release's content is overall reduced to accommodate student feedback. In particular, some niche topics were dropped or summarized, whereas more contemporary content was introduced in turn. The exercises were reworked to drop Tensorflow in favor of PyTorch. Additionally, a more consistent structure was introduced for all exercises.
