Reinforcement Learning Course Materials Files

This release contains the lecture content of the summer semester 2023 reinforcement learning course at Paderborn University held by Dr.-Ing. Oliver Wallscheid. In contrast to the 2022 edition, this release's content is overall reduced to accommodate student feedback. In particular, some niche topics were dropped or summarized, whereas more contemporary content was introduced in turn.

On the long run, the 2022 edition is supposed to contain everything related to reinforcement learning for any interested reader, while the 2023 edition or the master branch shall contain content tailored to the lecture.
