RecordEditor 0.99 Trial 4

Changes for RecordEditor version 0.99 include

  • 2 new Open file dialogs

    • Classic option which is an enhanced version of the current screen
    • File List screen
    • for both the above, file schema's

  • New Cross-platform File list screen

  • File Descriptions can be retrieved from:

    • RecordEditor Databases
    • Derived from Csv / Xml files
    • Cobol Copybook / Xml Schema
  • New enhanced File fields.
  • New Icons (Mainly Icon set)- this will allow better support HDPI screens in the future

  • RecordEdit_Installer_for_HSQL_0.99.0_Trial4.jar - Linux / Mac
  • RecordEditor_USB_0.99_Trial4.zip - Standalone version, no install necessary

Changes Trial 4

  • A Record Csv Export. This will write a CSV file 1 field per line format: Field Name/ length / Position / type / Value / Text value / Hex.
  • Fix for the Compare function
  • Code Generation fixs

There are still some rough edges to be fixed
