Sample data consist of fastq files for two wildtype tetrads, wtx30 and wtx29.

wtx30 contains four files corresponding to spores A, B, C, and D.
wtx29 contains one file with all spores; each read begins with one of the following three-letter "barcodes," corresponding to each of the four spores in the tetrad: TGT, GTT, CAT, ACT.
