3 things marked Rebellin as a different distro in my exposure to it: the creator is open, friendly and accessible. He provided an introductory video on the desktop. This Debian Sid kerneled Linux is a real keeper. The maker has a free-to-download how-to manual that is very simple and easily understandable. In a nutshell this is a superb distro for a new user. Because of the problem with a disappearing desktop background, (now fixed) I gave it a four star rating. With the fixed issue you must consider this a 5 star offering.
