ReadBarJ: Barcode recognition in J2ME download

This is a J2ME implementation of barcode capture and recognition for EAN barcodes using a cellphone camera. It is a port of ReadBarC to J2ME, with improvements in processing speed to compensate for the slower Java and the addition of EAN barcode support.
