Patch release adding React Native 0.87/0.88 and Expo SDK 58 support, moving to v0.10.6-libs (fixes a Vulkan crash on Adreno 720/740), and fixing CLIP image embeddings, which skipped CLIP normalization. react-native-blob-util must now be 0.24.11 or newer.
