After wasting several hours following multiple tutorials attempting to install OpenCV and SimpleCV on a fresh Raspbian image only to end up with a combination of packages that were outdated or otherwise non-functional, once I found a working setup, I made this image to have a good point to go back to save time reinstalling all the dependencies.

This is Raspbian Jessie (full) with Python OpenCV installed via apt-get and SimpleCV installed via pip
