Notes:          This script was created out a general frustration for Microsoft deciding that
                MMC user management was not need on home versions of Windows 10.  It offers most
                of the user management features you would expect.  There is an option for logon /
                no logon users.  I normally do this to remove someone's access to login for
                administrative reasons.  It is also great if you want to create a file share they
                can access but can not log in to the host machine directly.  It is not a perfect
                solution but it does a decent job for what I use it for.  The auto generated recovery
                creates a user with the name recovery, makes it admin, creates a randomish password
                It then writes that password to a txt file on the current admin desktop.  I do this for
                when users of non domain computers when they eventually forget their password.  I will
                take that file that has the password and palce it somewhere safe off of the system.
