Notes:          This script uses chocolatey to install 7zip on the system to perform the system hash.  
                I made this to help combat "bit rot" I know some people do not believe it exists but
		I figure hashing the system drive can not hurt considering I am not writing the hash
		to disk.  It is not a perfect solution as it does not follow simlinks but I figure it
                is good enough for what I do.
