does exactly what it claims to do, fixes all the nasty ruby environment set-up work for you.. no errors for me... everything worked just fine..

Error: Railsinstaller: file name extension is 2.2.1 Windows doesn't know what to use to open the file. Extension should be "zip" or "exe".
