Great app. Exactly what I was looking for.

By far the most straight forward property management software I have used. The UI is very intuitive and if you know a bit of Filemaker its easy to customize and add your own features. I contacted the developer once (Mike) and got almost immediate response with a clear answer. I hope he can do a build that is formatted for iPad.
