I have a 28 core i7-14700K and I've never seen any other Mandlebrot generator approach this performance. The source is a joy to read for anyone interested in high-performance multi-core programming.

There is no license in the program; there is also no file with an indication of the license in the program and source code folder.

Excellent, highly professional. The source code (freely available!) can serve as an advanced course of multi-core programming, and the resulting performance is just amazing. In addition, the artistic taste in selecting palettes for the Mandelbrot examples included in the package is impressive.
