feat(UIManager): Improve spawned panel management and layout
- Improved spawned panel creation by reusing pre-allocated instances from a fixed pool, reducing memory allocation overhead.
- Enhanced layout management to handle spawned panels more efficiently, including better handling of position labels and folder refreshes.
- Fixed issue where F6 DirWnd was not being correctly refreshed when the current image path changed.
- Improved panel visibility and hiding logic for spawned panels.
context menu implemented for all thumbnail strips , drag and drop between thumbnail strips cut / copy / paste / delete context menu ... for cacheThumb Strip delete current image from vcache and clear vcache implemented .
