Fixed available quests sometimes not correctly drawing follow up quests
Fixed daily quests getting hidden, when non-default level ranges are active
Fixed daily quests getting incorrectly hidden when Questie fails to detect quests on QUEST_GREETING
Prevent additional processing of HideDailyQuests events

Marked "The Emerald Dreamcatcher" as non-weekly quest

Adjust drop rates for Raptor Head and Zhevra Hooves
Adjust required level for The Hunter's Path, Capture the Weapons
