  • I still hate many open sores developers - here is why. I like the Rsync program with a graphical interface. I like working in code, but the reason I have all these programs is to help me to get my work done - and there is quite a lot of world changing work going on. The job of a software developer / maintainer, is to create software that is able to be downloaded, and I can click on it / configure it as executable etc., and or use the software installer to install it.... To install and run the program. I like coding and programming a great deal - but I do it very rarely that it's more of a lost ancient art than an up to date computer skill. I don't have the brains or the time to look for the latest version of the software because all of the software management programs are usually out of date by a version or three.... And when I get the newest version - it has no installer, it cannot be set up to install either via the program in it to install it, or via the software installer program, or in the terminal... The job of a software developer - is not to offload the half baked latest version onto the users.... It's to make sure the software is ready to run from the download. You have not done it. I am supposed to go out for my 8.30am bicycle ride yesterday - at now 2.30am the next morning.... I am tired. I am tired of downloading s***ty software with piss poor "installation" instructions, that tell me to compile the program... instead of make X file as executable and install using that.... This is what you have done - you have released the latest version - with no reasonable way to install it. I am pissed off at your poor performance. Regards Fuxxi.
  • Such a great little tool and it's filling some empty space that is only filled from paid developers. This works great and it's free, some updates would be nice, just to show that it's not completely dead. No major issues from what I've seen.
  • license is not GNU GPL! The license "As is" and in the menu about the program it is written that only for personal use.
  • Perfect project!
  • good GUI
