[!NOTE] Self-update for the pre-built binaries was broken in qsv 18.0.0 and 19.0.0. This was caused by a bug in the self-update crate that has since been fixed. WORKAROUND: Download qsv 17.0.0 which predates the self-update bug, and use its
--update or --updatenow options to upgrade to the latest release.
