QT 4.7 Support Files
--------------------

You need to download 4 files from the QT4.7_Support_Files directory if this is the first time
that you have donwloaded qStripper, or, if you are using a previous version and the latest qStripper.exe
will not run correctly.

You will be unlikely to require these files again.

Installation of Support Files
-----------------------------

Download all files in the above folder and on your PC, create a new folder called qStripper. You can create this
anywhere you wish, or under Program Files if you so desire. (And assuming Widnows will allow you!)

Save each file into that location.

Installation of qStripper
-------------------------

Download the latest qStripper.exe file and save it to the folder where your support files live. That's all.

You may, if you wish, create a shortcut in the usual Windows manner:

* Navigate to the above folder
* Right click on qStripper.exe
* Select copy
* Navigate to your desktop
* Right click
* Select paste shortcut.

For advanced users
------------------

Qstripper is created using the Mingw compiler system and the QT 4.7 SDK. I may have other applications that are
built under the same development system. To avoid duplicating the support files for Windows each time, you may
carry out the following:

* Create a new folder, say c:\Qt4.7_Support_Files.
* Download (or copy) the various QT 4.7 Support files into this new folder.
* Using Control Pabel -> SYSTEM, add the new folder to the PATH environment variable setting.

Now when you download any of my applications, you need only create a new folder for the application to live in. The
support files are now available for all of my QT applications without requiring to be downloaded again for each one.

This reduces the amount of duplicate files you have on your system.

Cheers,
Norm.
