qPortal-Project

This program is designed to create pages and interfaces for other programs such as a web server.
Its base is XML, which offers several derivatives like XHTML, RSS, MathML, SVG and many others. The program transports information to a browser or an external program.

It loads all related xml documents and builds them up as a variety of trees. Then the sequence will enforce specific nodes that can be edited or newly created. Important tools for creating context are plugins. This transforms the trees and makes it possible to build lists and to calculate Gauss Krueger coordinates etc..

Another characteristic is the evaluation of data. The data is organized in trees that consist of objects. These could develop behavior or become of a specific type which then adds behavior to the element. That makes it possible to tranform or define loaded elements, e.g. by RDF, OWL, Schema etc..

The in- and output can be individually selected, e.g. you can use csv or xml.
