Work developed in the scope of the ARTEMIS-iLAND project, funded by the Portuguese Government through FCT grant ARTEMIS/0004/2008 and by the ARTEMIS-JU grant 100026 .

This software implements a QoS-aware resource manager for Linux distributed systems. Currently, it considers jointly processor and network resources only. Future versions will include memory, disk and energy.
