Windows Users:  Please note 
that this release does NOT
run on Windows XP; however, 
it is known to run on Windows 98, 
and most likely Windows 2000 and 
Windows 95 as well.  

YOU MUST DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL 
BOTH OF THE .EXE FILES SHOWN 
FOR THIS RELEASE!

You must download and install the
'Python-Library-for-Pythonol-2.1.exe'
file FIRST.  Then, download and 
install the 
'Pythonol-and-PyBabelPhish-2.1-for Windows.exe' file. 
IMPORTANT: Be sure that you install 
BOTH files in the SAME folder!
Otherwise, Pythonol and 
PyBabelPhish will not run.  

If you get an error such as "cannot 
find python23.dll" while attempting 
to start the application, it means 
that you either did not install 
BOTH of these .exe files for this 
release, or you did not install 
both of them in the same folder.
