To users :

	- download PBC.zip and extract it

	- install pywin32-217.exe

	- run PBC.exe

To developpers :

PBC uses Python 2.6.

	Some libraries are required :

	- PyQt4

	- pyinstaller (https://github.com/downloads/pyinstaller/pyinstaller/pyinstaller-1.5.1.zip), 
	  the folder must be in the directory where you will execute PBC.

	- pywin32 (https://sourceforge.net/projects/pywin32/files/pywin32/Build%20217/)
