Windows program for converting COBRA style SBML into SBML2 with FBA annotation (http://precedings.nature.com/documents/4236/version/1)::
Use from a Windows terminal::
ConvertModels.exe <input_filename>.xml

A new file <input_filename>.converted.xml will be created, compare the files to see the differences!
