- Fix problem of saving configuration file in program files folder. Move 
  config file to user's home directory
- Simplified API by using hooks to adapt the options before and after 
  building them
- Restructure the GUI to have a pluggable interface for the different 
  PENELOPE programs
- Implement more listeners of GUI events
