- Fixed colored text output on Windows
- Created deb file for easy installation on Debian based Linux distros.
- Created a .desktop file for listing the application in the system
  menu of Linux systems.
- Created a launcher to be placed in /usr/bin when installing on Linux
  systems so that it can easily be ran with the "pynuker" command.
- Added a Windows icon
- Removed the bundled copy of colorama.  The deb will depend on python3-colorama
  and so pull it in from your system's package manager.  The Windows version
  is compiled with colorama already installed.  The tarball / plain Python file
  will check if it's installed and behave accordingly.
- Added some additional error correction and graceful handling of CTRL+C
  exits at user input points
- Updated Readme
