Release notes for PyGSL 2.3.0
What has changed
Documentation has moved to sphinx compatible documentation see http://pygsl.sourceforge.net/doc/index.html
The generation of the special function code was refactored further. It now generates code which can be compiled with much less warnings.
Futhermore all functions with error status (the ones ending on _e ) will now return the status.
This code shall be the standard implementation of special functions, which is incompatible to the current design. Please drop a line to the mailing list if that is a problem for you
Conversion of special tests to python unit tests was further improved: * More test macros are now converted * Enhanced tests are now not converted
Development has been moved from cvs to git
Support needed
Support is appreciated in any form e.g: * send patches or pull requests :-) * write tests: in particular if a new release is breaking the functionallity

- improve documentation: many inline documentation strings need to be converted
