Moved old legacy agent modes to Custom Agents; refactored legacy agent workflows; legacy agents now use the same runtime as Agents v2.
Added column sorting to the Files tool.
Added search engine support to the Canvas browser.
Added file preview and editing support to the Files tab.
Added filters and search input to the Skills, Connectors, and Add-ons lists.
Added pop-up daily notes to the Calendar tool.
Added annotations to the chat view via RMB → Annotate for AI.
Moved the Skills menu to Config.
Refactored LLM providers; setup options were moved to provider classes.
Improved toolbox responsiveness.
UI fixes.
