Version of PWDTK.NET project found here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pwdtknet/ using the Windows Phone 8 SDK instead of the full blown .NET 4.5

As a result we can only use HMACSHA256 not HMACSHA512 as per PWDTK.NET
