with caveats
to get it to work in windows 11, you need to register Microsoft Forms20 Controls that came with office
i have provided ActiveX Control Pad that cares about that for you, to get the setup to work you need to install it in compatibility mode.
To get the old windows help working i have provided winhlp32 registering file.
To open source code files you need Visual Basic 6.0 
I suggest search for visual basic 6 portable... I cant provide links for that because that will be
against the rules.
