Description

pstoedit is a tool converting PostScript and PDF files into various other formats suported by different drawing editors. As a prerequesite it needs GhostScript to be installed (binary installation is sufficient).

    No work, and not the entire code is open. The kit has a closed-source add-ons, which makes the program extremely doubtful for use in the office.

    Wow! I just discovered this great software when confronted with a task to write some Cairo 2d graphics images from some postscript originals. It was so easy and accurate. I could hardly believe my eyes...just a simple command and it worked perfectly first time! Created C code with Cairo commands directly from the PS file! Thanks.

    Very useful but why on earth it does not state which version of ImageMagic it is using!!! unbelievable why such a good project make me waste hours of living trying to find the correct ImageMagic Version...
