How to use these testing datasets 1. Unzip the dataset 2. Use a dataset as a fasta file A simple script for your reference is "minitest.sh" To play with this script: 1 Make sure this directory is in your pseb directory 2 Make sure you have correctly build your PSEB 3 Make sure you have installed you PSEB in your pseb/bin directory 4 Make sure this directory is pseb/test directory 5 Navigate to this directory 6 Type "minitest-linux.sh" or "minitest-cygwin" (depending on which platform you are using) and press enter 7 You should see three lines of data, describing the PseAAC of three proteins of the pseb-test-tiny.fa
