digital certificates are stored in folder 
/examples/certificates. The names describe the algorithm 
they use for the digital signature. 

These files contain private keys, so they are password protected:

- for DSA..., the password is 'dsa';
- for RSA..., it is 'rsa';
- for EC..., it is 'ec';
