v0.42.19 * show the open dialog if we didn't receive a response from the device ot startup with autoconnect enabled * fix a problem with initialization randomly getting stuck * ignore some bogus sysex that my device sends sometimes (nested sysex messages and data that made no sense. not sure if the reason is the device or portmidi. nothing is really missing if we just drop the bogus messages so it's aye. nice unexpected side effect: initialization on the mac is as fast as on linux/mac now) * slightly improved the envelope editor to work better with different color combinations (also removed the shiny from it) * envelope editor: fix the bug that would only allow you to select the first and last dragbox of a dragbox stack
