The configuration file contains parameters and locations of the files to be analyzed. The program can analyze two groups -- one is used as control and the other is the case. The method treats the control as a group, and calculates z-scores for individual samples from the case. The other parameters specify when to consider a probe for further analysis. They are self explanatory.
