This IS THE README.txt file. Theses are PD/free by (mjk). These use the PHCC (Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors Association) U.S. national average figures for labor. Plumbid.exe: Is a quick and easy way to bid plumbing. In 5 minutes or less. Then just print it or save it to disk. It has a New, Remodel and an Addition mode. It prices your rough-in, rough material and set finish time, based upon the number and type of fixtures. The fixture price is not included as they change from day to day. It is great for those phone call estimates, just to give the customer a rough idea of the cost and the fixtures you choose are extra. The program prices are adjustable by a percentage to match your current pricing. Punch in a couple jobs that you made money on, adjust the percentage to match. Labor: Is a plumbing and/or fire sprinkler labor calculator. It prices your labor charge based upon the number and types of fittings, pipe feet and the types of fixtures. Typically it is used for a blue print take off or just a material take off.
