The READme.txt file. FileStripper 2b, reads a file and sends a stripped version to new.txt. PD by MikeK. It removes control codes, graphic characters, groups under 3 characters that are not real words and redundant pairs. Basically, the end result may be something readable. It was a 2006 prg compiled and linked with xhb. I just converted to hb3.2. Most of the changes are noted. It still could use some fine tuning. There is still a lot of debugging code in there.
